The concert will be billed as Charles McPherson plays the music of Charlie 'Bird' Parker with Strings. This legendary album was recorded 60 years ago and remains one of Charlie Parker's best recorded work. It's orchestration, pleasing melodies and subtle chord changes make this a timeless recording.
