Invitation to Jazz Education Network (JEN) Conference Community Meeting - Thursday August 7 3:00 PM

Excitement is building for the upcoming Jazz Education Network (JEN) Annual Conference in San Diego on January 7 – 10, 2015. Our event features a world-class lineup of presenters and performers. We at JEN very much want to partner with local friends and interested parties to help us in staging and promoting this event to ensure its success for our organization and the community.

 

You are cordially invited to participate in a collaborative planningmeeting on Thursday August 7, 2014 at 3:00 PM at San Diego Hyatt Grand Manchester Hotel, Deluxe Hospitality Suite 560 (5thFloor Seaport Tower). By necessity, some of the foundation and planning for the conference is in place. We are now in a very important phase where your involvement is critical. The main areas for discussion are Outreach, Volunteers, Promotion and Support (specifically in the areas of Production and Sponsorships).

 

We encourage you to invite others to this meeting who may want to be involved. You do not need to be a member of JEN to volunteer!
